Rat Uroporphyrinogen Decarboxylase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Uroporphyrinogen Decarboxylase (UPD) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for UPD, and uses a biotinylated anti-UPD antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate for detection. The reaction is visualised colorimetrically using a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The assay covers a range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.117 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
