Rat UDP Glucuronosyltransferase 2 Family, Polypeptide B7 ELISA Kit

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for UGT2B7 pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells; captured UGT2B7 is bound by a Biotinylated Anti-UGT2B7 Antibody, and detection is achieved with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
