Rat Tyrosine Hydroxylase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Tyrosine Hydroxylase in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colourmetric detection, read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The protocol uses an immobilised antibody specific for Tyrosine Hydroxylase, a Biotinylated Anti-Tyrosine Hydroxylase detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate; the resulting yellow colour intensity is proportional to target concentration and quantified against a standard curve.
