Rat Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 1B ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of rat TNFRSF1B (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 1B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with captured analyte detected using a biotinylated anti-TNFRSF1B antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery performance is reported for serum (average 91%, range 83%–100%), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 90%–98%), and heparin plasma (average 95%, range 89%–102%). Linearity upon dilution is provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each of these matrices (n=5).
