TrkA is widely studied in neuroscience research for its role in sympathetic neuron development, dorsal root ganglion function, nociceptive pain signaling, and inflammatory responses, and is also relevant to oncology investigations of NTRK1 gene fusions. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin conjugate, lyophilized standards, and wash buffer sufficient for 96 determinations.
