Rat Trefoil Factor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of rat Estrogen Inducible Protein pS2 (Trefoil Factor 1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated antibody/HRP-avidin detection system with TMB substrate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 27 pg/ml, and the total run time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80-89%, average 84%).
