Rat Transforming Growth Factor Beta 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Transforming Growth Factor Beta 3 (TGF beta 3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses an HRP-TMB colorimetric detection system read at 450 nm with a standard microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a standard curve range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml or 15.625-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of <5.8 pg/ml or <9.375 pg/mL. Specificity is reported for TGF beta 3 with no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Spike-and-recovery values for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma span 80-105%, and validated sample dilutions include undiluted healthy serum and plasma.
