Rat Transferrin Receptor ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Transferrin Receptor in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for Transferrin Receptor pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.236 ng/ml and a product range of 0.625-40 ng/ml. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
