Rat Transferrin Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and applies a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, stopped with acidic solution, and read colorimetrically at 450 nm, with the target concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%) across serial dilutions.
