Rat Topoisomerase II ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Topoisomerase II alpha in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
