Rat Toll Like Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat TLR2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader, and completes in 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is below 0.115 ng/ml with a working range of 0.312 to 20 ng/ml. Mean recovery (n=5) was 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, with individual values spanning 80–102%, 81–100% and 80–89% respectively. Dilution linearity at 1:2 to 1:16 ranged from 74% (serum, 1:8) to 108% (EDTA plasma, 1:16).
