Rat Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Receptor ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Receptor (TSH-R) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with colorimetric detection read on a microplate reader at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.131 ng/ml, with a standard range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed. Recovery performance (n=5) is reported for serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%). Linearity across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 is reported as serum 87–107%, EDTA plasma 79–108% and heparin plasma 82–105%.
