Rat Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of rat Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-TSLP antibody detected via an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with a TMB substrate producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm that is proportional to TSLP concentration.

The quoted assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of less than 5.4 pg/ml and a total incubation time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity data are provided at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across each sample matrix.
