Rat Thrombin-Antithrombin Complex ELISA Kit

This 4-hour sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Thrombin-Antithrombin Complex in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Standards and samples bind to an antibody-coated microtiter plate; a biotinylated detection antibody then forms a sandwich complex, which is visualized with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm. Sensitivity is reported as <9.375 pg/mL with a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and the assay is specific for Thrombin-Antithrombin Complex with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.
