Rat Selectin, Endothelium ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Selectin, Endothelium (CD62E) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with bound CD62E detected using a biotinylated anti-CD62E antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, yielding a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

The standard curve covers a range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of <5.8 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported spike-and-recovery values include serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%), across n=5 per matrix.
