Rat S100 Calcium Binding Protein A4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat S100A4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for S100A4 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, with detection via a biotinylated secondary antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The reaction is read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader and the analyte concentration is calculated from a standard curve.

Quoted performance characteristics include a standard range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of <34 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
