Rat S100 Calcium Binding Protein A10 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat S100 Calcium Binding Protein A10 (S100A10) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids.

The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured S100A10 is detected using a biotinylated anti-S100A10 antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.115 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120μl), Detection Solution B (120µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45ml), TMB Substrate (9ml), Stop Solution (6ml) and adhesive plate sealers. Spiked recovery averaged 91% (range 83-100%, n=5) in serum, 94% (range 90-98%, n=5) in EDTA plasma and 95% (range 89-102%, n=5) in heparin plasma.
