Rat Ryanodine Receptor 1, Skeletal ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of rat Ryanodine Receptor in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with detection via a biotinylated antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.224 ng/ml across an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and must not be used past the expiration date.

Validation data showed mean recovery values (n=5) of 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (81-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (80-89%). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in the same sample types, with serum ranging 74-107%, EDTA plasma 79-108%, and heparin plasma 82-105% across the dilution series.
