Rat Rrm2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat RRM2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with a total assay time of 2 hours (120 minutes). Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. The kit is specific for RRM2 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Spiking recovery evaluated across 10 replicates gave the following ranges and averages: serum 85%–97% (average 90%), EDTA plasma 89%–105% (average 97%), and heparin plasma 86%–103% (average 94%). Dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=10) returned 91–105%, 85–105%, and 87–100% for serum; 89–101%, 82–100%, and 83–100% for EDTA plasma; and 80–93%, 92–100%, and 85–100% for heparin plasma.

The kit is shipped at +4°C and components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. Freeze/thaw cycles and use past the expiration date should be avoided.
