Rat Resistin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Resistin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Resistin detection antibody in conjunction with an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.069 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated across sample matrices: serum (range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, average 84%), with dilutional linearity also reported for 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions across these same matrices.
