Rat Replication Protein A1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Replication Protein A1 (RPA70) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a biotinylated anti-RPA70 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by a TMB substrate and read as O.D. absorbance at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The pre-coated microplate is provided as 12 x 8 well strips, and the assay is completed in 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is 0.128 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported recovery values (n=5) are 80%–102% with a mean of 91% for serum, 81%–100% with a mean of 90% for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% with a mean of 84% for heparin plasma. Reported dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions (n=5) is 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma. Components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, two detection solutions, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
