Rat Receptor Activator Of Nuclear Factor Kappa B ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate to which an antibody specific for RANK has been immobilised; standards and test samples are added, captured RANK is bound by a biotinylated anti-RANK antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate together with TMB substrate solution produces a colour change read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with RANK concentration calculated against the standard curve.
