Rat Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-PPOX detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
