Rat Protein Kinase C Epsilon ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Protein Kinase C Epsilon (PKC epsilon) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for PKC epsilon is pre-coated onto a microplate, and the assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody together with an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm, with signal density proportional to the concentration of PKC epsilon captured in each well.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml and a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
