Rat Protease Activated Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Protease Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated anti-PAR2 antibody, and HRP-avidin conjugate detection with TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. The kit is for use with rat samples only, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
