Rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor Subunit B ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers this sandwich ELISA for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor Subunit B (PDGF B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and produces a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit achieves a sensitivity of 12.5 pg/ml across a working range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml. Recovery in spiked samples was validated at average values of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5). Component reagents include a lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-PDGF B detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate and stop solution, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the labels.
