Rat Platelet Derived Growth Factor D ELISA Kit

The assay employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), using a biotinylated anti-SCDGFB/PDGF-D detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
