Rat Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 1, Soluble ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat PCK1/PEPC (Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 1, Soluble) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for PCK1/PEPC pre-coated onto a microplate, with detection via a Biotinylated Anti-PCK1/PEPC Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate solution, read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader.

The kit offers a sensitivity of <0.54 ng/ml and an assay range of 1.56-100 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Provided components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
