Rat Phosphodiesterase 3A, cGMP Inhibited ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Phosphodiesterase 3A, cGMP Inhibited (PDE3A) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow with a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with the signal read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.27 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Validation data from the manufacturer show mean spike-and-recovery values of 91% in serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 91–98%) and 94% in heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–99%), with linear dilution behaviour demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
