Rat Peroxiredoxin 1 ELISA Kit

The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate to capture the analyte; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-Peroxiredoxin 1/PAG detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
