Rat Perforin 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Rat Perforin 1 sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of rat Perforin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with antibody specific for Perforin. Standards and samples are added to the wells and Perforin present in each sample is bound by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-Perforin antibody binds the captured analyte, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with Perforin concentration calculated against the standard curve. The assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.18 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past the expiration date.
