Rat Patatin Like Phospholipase Domain Containing Protein 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat PNPLA3 (Patatin Like Phospholipase Domain Containing Protein 3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for PNPLA3, and detection is carried out using a biotinylated anti-PNPLA3 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The reaction is read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the density of the yellow product proportional to the amount of PNPLA3 captured in each well.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
