Rat Parathyroid Hormone Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Parathyroid Hormone Receptor 2 (PTH2R) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with biotinylated anti-PTH2R antibody and HRP-avidin detection, visualised via TMB substrate that produces a yellow product measured at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.04 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery values are 80%–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
