Rat Osteocrin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables quantitative in vitro determination of rat Osteocrin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated anti-Osteocrin antibody / HRP-avidin detection system with TMB substrate, with absorbance read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The kit has stated analytical sensitivity below 0.057 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. The full protocol runs in 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Validation across 5 samples per matrix gave mean recovery of 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Linearity was tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
