Rat Nuclear Factor I/X ELISA Kit

Distributed under the Antibodies.com brand, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat NFIX/CTF in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, employing a biotinylated anti-NFIX/CTF detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate that produces a yellow product upon addition of acidic stop solution.

The standard range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been reported in serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%) across dilution ratios from 1:2 to 1:16.
