Rat Nidogen 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of rat Nidogen 2 (NID-2) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay protocol using a biotinylated anti-NID-2 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with the enzymatic reaction read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay has a quantitative range of 78.1-5000 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <32 ng/ml. Recovery and dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, which should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
