Rat Neurotrophin 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Neurotrophin 3 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips in a QuickRun format, with a total assay time of 2 hours and reactivity specific to rat samples. Detection is colorimetric, read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader, and the concentration of Neurotrophin 3 is calculated by comparing absorbance values against a standard curve.

The assay is specific for Neurotrophin 3 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample dilutions include undiluted healthy serum and undiluted dental pulp stem cell (DPSC) culture supernatant.
