Rat Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 ELISA Kit

The kit is built around a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, and uses a biotinylated anti-NPY1R detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate. Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) returned averages of 91% in serum (range 83%–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90%–103%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89%–102%).
