Rat Neuromedin U ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Rat NMU (Neuromedin U) ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat NMU in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated anti-NMU antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml, and the procedure has an assay time of 2 hours 30 minutes.
