Rat Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, a biotinylated anti-NPR-C detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate that is read at 450 nm with a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The manufacturer's stated sensitivity is <0.115 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported sample recovery averages (n=5) are 91% (range 80%–102%) for serum, 90% (range 81%–100%) for EDTA plasma, and 84% (range 80%–89%) for heparin plasma.
