Rat N-Acetyl Beta-D-Glucosaminidase ELISA Kit

From the Antibodies.com assays and kits range, this sandwich-format ELISA is configured for the quantitative determination of N-Acetyl Beta-D-Glucosaminidase in rat urine samples. The immunoassay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target, with bound analyte detected via a biotinylated secondary antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is stopped with an acidic solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Kit components include pre-coated microplate strips, a lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, a 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate and stop solution, with adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated. The total protocol runs in 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported quantitative performance for rat urine includes an assay range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of less than 0.57 ng/ml.
