Rat Myeloperoxidase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Myeloperoxidase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform with a biotinylated anti-Myeloperoxidase detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, employing a TMB substrate that produces a yellow-coloured product read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 13.7 pg/ml with an assay range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery was reported for serum (80-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80-89%, average 84%, n=5), with dilution linearity data provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each sample type. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
