Rat Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of rat Myeloid Differentiation Factor 88 (MyD88) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-MyD88 antibody with HRP-avidin detection, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm. TMB substrate is used and the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution, generating a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to the amount of MyD88 captured in each well.

The assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 93% in serum (range 84%-102%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 91%-100%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 92%-98%), each across n=5 samples. Dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Included components are a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
