Rat Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase 14 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-p38 alpha/MAPK14 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a sensitivity of 0.43 ng/ml and a working range of 1.25-80 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma across five samples each. Dilution linearity is reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16.
