Rat Methionine Adenosyltransferase II Alpha ELISA Kit

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric: HRP catalysis of TMB substrate is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, and MAT2A concentration is calculated against the standard curve. Spike-and-recovery testing returned average values of 91% for serum (range 83%-100%, n=5), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90%-103%, n=5), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90%-99%, n=5). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 and produced recoveries of 90-99%, 82-108%, 82-96%, and 92-103% for serum (n=5); 84-105%, 88-94%, 89-107%, and 72-106% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 89-92%, 88-108%, 84-102%, and 90-98% for heparin plasma (n=5).
