Rat Methionine Adenosyltransferase I Alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Methionine Adenosyltransferase I Alpha (MAT1A) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, paired with a biotinylated anti-MAT1A detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colourmetric reaction is read on a microplate reader at 450 nm.

According to the manufacturer, the assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.32 ng/ml, and the protocol takes 4h 30m to complete. Kit components are stored between +4°C and –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
