Rat Matrix Metalloproteinase 11 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Matrix Metalloproteinase 11 (MMP11) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The stated product range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.11 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance is given for serum (83–100%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (90–103%, average 96%, n=5), and heparin plasma (89–102%, average 95%, n=5). Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
