Rat Matrix Extracellular Phosphoglycoprotein ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-MEPE antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm, with absorbance proportional to MEPE concentration. Reported sensitivity is <0.62 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.56-100 ng/ml. Manufacturer validation data show serum (n=5) recoveries ranging 80%-102% with an average of 91%, EDTA plasma (n=5) at 81%-100% averaging 90%, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 80%-89% averaging 84%. Linearity-of-dilution testing at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions produced recoveries of 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma across the dilutions evaluated.
