Rat Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of its Assays and Kits range, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat MIP-3 beta/CCL19 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is intended to be read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The assay exploits a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose density is proportional to analyte concentration.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <6.6 pg/ml and a product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m.
