Rat Liver Receptor Homolog 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit provides quantitative in vitro measurement of rat Liver Receptor Homolog 1 (NR5A2/LRH1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-NR5A2/LRH1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin reporter visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The calibrated standard curve covers 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Reported spike-and-recovery performance averaged 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each sample matrix.
